After syncing, your Traktor playlists are not in the same order as they are in Lexicon. There is a simple reason for that: Traktor does not support custom ordering (dragging) of playlists. Traktor will always display your playlists in alphabetical order. The only way to circumvent this is to change your playlists names so they are in alphabetical order in Lexicon.
You can quickly sort your playlists alphabetically in Lexicon by selecting multiple playlists (or a folder) ➡ right click ➡ Tools ➡ Sort (A-Z).
