You can snap cues to the grid by enabling Quantize. You can enable it by clicking the Q in the music player when a track is loaded, or by choosing "Toggle Quantize" in the Edit menu.
With Quantize enabled, your cues will also move with your beatgrid when you adjust it to the left or right.
